Survey Manager
- Party Chiefs / Team Leaders that can be construction supervisors for earthworks & roads
- Geodetic Engineers – QC, reporting, cost estimate, etc
- Land Surveyors – DGPS, Total Station, Level (waterpas) with construction and earthworks experience
- Drone pilots (certified)
- Hydrographic surveyors (certified)
- GIS experts & 3D modellers / visualisers
- CAD & engineering technicians (access roads & wellsite earthworks and road design)
Requirements:
- Must have a driving license
- Man / Woman
- Fluent in English both oral and written or Chinese
- Preferably certified from ISI, BPN, hydrography, drone pilot or similar
- Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree
- Experience > 8 years plus for senior position, 3 years plus for junior position
- Familiar with laser scanning, total station Leica, level, DGPS, drone, hydrographic equipment, underground utility mapping

ACCOUNTING & TAX STAFF
Required to support our company:
Job Description:
- Assisting in invoice preparation and Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions
- Must have good accounting computer skills with spreadsheets in excel, word, and pdf.
- Familiar with online tax reporting, such as SPT, etc.
- Familiar with internal and external company account auditing
- Able to perform cash flow projections for the company and projects
- Assisting in preparing routine documentation and account monitoring
- Monitoring daily cash balances and funding
- Maintenance of fixed asset registers, if necessary.
- Preparation of GST payment calculations and performing other tasks if required
- Performing all document filing in the Financial, Accounting, and Tax fields, both softcopy and hardcopy.
- Ability to create charts, excel sheets, word documents, and manage accounting, tax, SPT PPh 21, VAT, and PPh 23, 25 reports
- Collecting relevant files for evidence of deductions (PPH 23) from clients and Article 4 paragraph 2 Income Tax on rentals.
Requirements:
- Female
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
- Maximum age of 45 years
- Vaccinated for Covid, Able/understand English
- Have at least 3-5 years of work experience for Junior Position & 5-10 years plus for Senior, preferably managing Accounting, Tax, and Treasury
- Ability to project financial performance reports
- Strong analytical thinking in business performance (especially from a financial perspective)
- Ability to negotiate with commercial financial partners
- Possess technical knowledge to create Income Statements, Journals, Balance Sheets, etc.
- Good understanding of tax regulations and policies in Indonesia
- Brevet A & B Certification is preferred
